Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1810, having one-bay full-height block to re-entrant corner with hipped roof, and lower two-storey lean-to extension to rear wall. Hipped artificial slate roof with projecting eaves having replacement uPVC fascia, and painted rendered chimneystacks. Corrugated asbestos roof to lean-to extension. Painted roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered plinth course having cast-iron vents. Square-headed window openings having replacement one-over-one pane timber sliding sash and some replacement uPVC windows, round-headed one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window to taller rear block, and some replacement uPVC windows, with replacement timber windows to extensions. Elliptical-headed door opening having double-leaf timber panelled door with spoked timber fanlight and smooth rendered surround, with limestone step. Recent outbuildings to south having render block walls with corrugated-iron roofs. Curved coursed rubble entrance walls to north terminating in square-plan piers with double-leaf cast-iron gates.
