Detached five-bay two-storey house, built c. 1800. Pitched natural slate roof with projecting eaves course, and with smooth rendered ruled-and-lined chimneystacks to the gable ends. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with smooth rendered reveals, stone sills, and with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows; three-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to the west end of the front elevation (north) at ground floor level. Central square-headed doorway with battened timber door and plain overlight. Set back from road in own grounds in the rural countryside to the north-west of Lifford. Garden to front (north) enclosed by smooth rendered boundary walls. Attached single-storey outbuilding to the east gable end.
