Detached three-bay two-storey house over basement, built c.1840, having raised gablet over entrance bay to front (south-east) elevation, canted bay window to south-west gable, three-bay lower and slightly recessed two-storey return to west end of rear elevation, with outbuildings attached to gable of same, forming enclosed yard to rear. Currently under renovation. Pitched slate roofs with timber corbelled eaves, chimneystacks removed, and with some cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughly dressed stone walls, with flush cut-stone quoins. Square-headed window openings with red brick block-and-start surrounds, cut-stone sills, and timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane to front elevation and six-over-six elsewhere. Timber casement to canted bay window, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to sides. Elliptical-arch door opening, having red brick block-and-start surround, leaded sidelights with tooled stone sills, leaded two-stage cobweb fanlight, and double-leaf timber panelled door. Steps over basement removed. Square-headed door opening to north-east elevation of rear block, having red brick block-and-start surround and timber battened door. Site entrance to east having cut-stone octagonal-profile piers with pointed caps, double-leaf wrought-iron gates, matching flanking railings and matching terminating cut-stone piers. Set in own grounds, with walled garden and outbuildings.
