Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on yellow brick eaves. Random squared limestone walls. Square-headed door openings with yellow brick block-and-start surrounds, and timber boarded half-doors having louvered timber overpanels. Pair of square-headed carriageways to left with yellow brick block-and-start surrounds, and remains of timber fittings. Set back from road in grounds shared with Birchfield House about a courtyard. (ii) Detached three-bay single-storey outbuilding with attic. Reroofed. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, clay ridge tiles, rendered coping to gables having wrought iron weathervane to apex, and remains of iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and louvered timber panel fittings. Square-headed door openings with timber doors.
