End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey building, built c. 1870, possibly originally part of larger detached composition and originally with attached single-storey structure to north gable end. Formerly in use as barracks, now in use as outbuilding. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles. Painted rubble stone walls. Replacement timber windows with timber lintels and having sill to ground floor opening. Large ground floor opening with timber lintel, now blocked up.
