What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Cork, a circular pasture trap where human memory has thinned into myth. Its earthen bank still stands fourteen-tenths of a metre high, enclosing thirty-two metres of grass and shadow. The stones face outward like warnings, while the shallow ditch marks the boundary between the known world and the place where lost things go to be kept.

In pasture, on SW-facing slope. Circular area (diam. 32m) enclosed by single earthen bank (H 1.4m) NNE->SW, stone faced in parts; scarp (H 0.8m) SW-NNE. Shallow external fosse NNE->SW (D 0.25m).
