Detached house, facing south, comprising two-storey rear block of c. 1780, flanked by lower two-storey blocks to north-west and north-east corners, and lower lean-to block to front of c. 1860, having single-storey front elevation with bows to south-west and south-east corners, and two-bay single-storey continuations to each side. Slate roofs, pitched to rear blocks and hipped to front lateral blocks, with rendered chimneystacks. Painted rendered walls, with quoins to corners of front block. Square-headed window openings, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, one six-over-six pane to east elevation of rear eastern lateral block, all with limestone sills. Square-headed door opening to front elevation having moulded render surround and timber panelled door with limestone threshold and approached by rendered steps. Square-profile painted rendered piers to road entrance, with painted rendered walls terminating in pair of square-profile dressed sandstone piers with carved caps.
