What is recorded here

In rough, level pasture deeply poached by cattle. Circular area (dims. 3.1m N-S; 3.3m E-W) defined by fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.1m) which is waterlogged W-N. Remains of external bank (Wth 3.55m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.12m) best defined N-S-NW. Identified as a ring-ditch on an aerial photograph (OS 2397/6 and 2348 mono). Ditch barrow (TS066-041007-) c. 4.5m to ESE.
