What is recorded here

Detached five-bay four-storey mill, extant 1837, on a rectangular plan. Now disused. Hipped gabled slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods surviving on cut-limestone eaves. Lime rendered or roughcast coursed rubble stone battered walls with concealed flush quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings including cut-limestone voussoirs framing remains of timber fittings. Set in unkempt grounds.
