What is recorded here

Identified as a cropmark on the 2005 OSI orthphotos, in tillage. A roughly circular enclosure (overall diam. c. 69m) defined by a fosse, with a suggestion of an internal central enclosure (diam. c. 30-35m). The NE arc of the outer enclosing element is the most visible. The NE quadrant had been truncated by a field boundary running NW-SE, also visible as a cropmark. There is an adjacent enclosure (CW012-210----) c. 17m to the NE and another (CW012-192----) c. 230m to the SW. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 28 August 2018
