What is recorded here

Indicated is a well-preserved fairy fort in County Galway, Ireland. Its almost circular bank and scarp enclose forty-five metres of gently rolling grassland, while a darker vegetation band hints at a forgotten external fosse. The shape remains clear enough to walk inside, suggesting human hands built the boundary before the fairy name took the place.

In gently rolling grassland. Well-preserved almost circular rath (45m E-W; 44m N-S) defined by a bank from SE to S, and from SSW to NW; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element.
