The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007 Aerial photograph (CUCAP BDO 49) shows cropmark of narrow fosse enclosing approximately rectangular area with rounded corners (max. dims. c. 30m NW-SE, 35m NE-SW). No visible surface traces. Possibly a small field.
