What is recorded here

Marked on the 1841 and 1909 ed OS 6-inch maps. A circular area (diam. c. 16m) defined by a bank (Wth c. 3m, int. H c. 0.3m, ext. H c. 1.5m) at S and W, and elsewhere by a scarp. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Laois' (Dublin Stationery Office, 1995) compiled by P. David Sweetman, Olive Alcock and Bernie Moran.
