The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic chambered cairn, dating to approximately 3000–2500 BCE. Its significance lies in contributing to the understanding of early ceremonial and funerary practices in western Scotland.
