Achnaba

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Achnaba as Cairn (period Unassigned). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Achnaba is a Neolithic cairn, likely dating to the Late Neolithic period (c. 2500–2000 BCE). Its significance lies in contributing to the understanding of early burial and ritual practices in northwestern Scotland.
