Bute, Quien Hill

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Bute, Quien Hill as Cairn (later Prehistoric)(possible). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 100m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

A possible later prehistoric cairn, Bute, Quien Hill is significant as part of the megalithic and funerary landscape of the Clyde and Campsie Firth area. Its presence contributes to understanding burial practices and settlement patterns in Iron Age Scotland.
