What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined cashel on a Galway ridge where sheep still walk through the ghost of a wall. Men built a round room large enough for a family and every living thing they owned, then fields and forgetting took it back. What remains is a line of stones under grass, neither hidden nor proud, waiting for someone to remember the shape of a life inside it.

On a ridge in grassland. Poorly preserved circular cashel (D 33m) defined by a drystone wall. No trace survives at SE due to land reclamation. Field-clearance rubble obscures the enclosing element. A later field wall and animal shelter are visible within the interior.
