Roughcast rendered walls with cut-stone eaves course and square-headed openings having timber sliding sash windows, nine-over-six pane to ground floor and six-over-six pane to first floor, with stone sills. Round-headed door opening with replacement timber door and glazing. Outbuildings to northwest with hipped artificial slate roofs and rendered walls. Gate lodge to southeast with hipped slate roof and rendered walls.
