What is recorded here

Circa 33m to the SSE of a holy well (LF025-001001-). This mass-rock consists of a roughly shaped, squared limestone boulder (max. H 0.65m; 1.15m NE-SW; 0.9m NW-SE). Its SW end is incised with the letters 'BM' (Blessed Mary) in the style of late-18th/early 19th-century gravestone inscriptions. Compiled by: Patrick F. O'Donovan Date of upload: 7 June 2013
