What is recorded here

Indicated is a circular stone fort in rough Mayo pasture, its thick wall still standing though grass and forgetfulness have claimed most of it. A blocked northern gap and a wider eastern breach suggest human traffic, yet the name hints at fairy ownership and excluded people. The stones may have marked a boundary between worlds, guiding mortal feet away or inviting them into a different kind of life.

In rough pasture. Circular area (diam. 35m E-W), enclosed by substantial stone wall (Wth 1.7m; H 1.7m), largely overgrown. Small, blocked up, lintelled gap in the N.
