Hill of Milleath

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Hill of Milleath as Recumbent Stone Circle (neolithic) - (bronze Age). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

A recumbent stone circle dating to the Neolithic or early Bronze Age, likely used for ceremonial or astronomical purposes. Such sites were often associated with seasonal rituals or communal gatherings.
