Drum Castle Policies, Old Wood holds a hidden pond and sluice beneath Aberdeenshire bark, waiting for rain to fill its ancient chamber. The water may have drunk up marble men and choked golden chambers before emerging clean elsewhere. A castle lived above that mystery, possibly expecting people to drown rather than leave.
