Harthill is a restored Z-plan towerhouse in Aberdeenshire, built around 1601 for the Leiths of Harthill. It stands with a square northeast tower, a round southwest tower, corner turrets, gun-loops, a vaulted basement and a dome-vaulted cellar. The main entrance sits in the re-entrant angle, guarded by a deep draw-bar socket, while the kitchen keeps a large arched fireplace and its own shot-hole. A barmekin wall and gatehouse still remain beside it, though the surrounding ditch has vanished.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Harthill as Castle (medieval)(possible), Farmhouse (period Unassigned), Farmstead (period Unassigned), House (period Unassigned)(possible). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
