Detached three-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800, having dormer attic, and with late twentieth-century extension to rear. Pitched reed thatched roof having slightly raised scolloped ridge and rendered chimneystack. Pitched slate roof to extension. Roughcast rendered walls with cement strips to quoins and along base of walls. Square-headed window openings with replacement timber frames, and limestone sills. Round-headed doorway with timber spoked fanlight and replacement timber door. Garden to front bounded by low recent rubble wall having pedestrian gateway with fluted cast-iron gate piers with pineapple tops.
