What is recorded here

Lisgally is a rath in County Fermanagh, Ireland. The name still belongs to the place even though little else has survived. A rounded earthwork may have stood where grass grows now, marking a boundary, a home or a warning to passing people. What is lost is not empty; it is waiting to be imagined without being invented.
