What is recorded here

Donabate and RATH in Ballydonaghy both stand as rath, yet one becomes a town and one remains a dot on a modern map. That difference is not a mistake. It is a warning about how much of Ireland has been forgotten, not lost. A rath is a made place. Someone drew a line, built a edge, and said no beyond here. The ground remembers that command even when the name has vanished.
