RATH in Ballydonaghy

RATH

What is recorded here

Mortars and cement can build walls, but they cannot build time. I want to know when the chamber was made, whether it stood through every storm or waited buried until people stopped remembering it. That is why the chamber must be measured before it is judged.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as RATH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
