Drumbredne Fort stands in Camgart, County Fermanagh, an early Christian rath where stone and memory still touch. Its name changes slightly between Drumbredne and Drumbrean, but the place remains clear: a fortified hill where people lived, defended themselves and belonged somewhere. The fort does not need a hero invented for it. It is already complete in its own time, waiting to be seen without fear of getting the name wrong.
