What is recorded here

The Rath Packing Company in Waterloo, Iowa, became the nation's largest meatpacking facility by 1941, surviving two world wars and the depression with profits in most years. That strength collapsed during a 1948 strike marked by rioting and a worker's death, then continued declining until employee ownership in 1980 failed to sustain the plant and it closed in 1985.
rath is recorded as a archaeological place in County Down. Its open map record supplies this location and any linked names or public references.
