What is recorded here

Mortons promontory fort stands where the land narrows before the sea, shaped like a hand reaching out to grip the water. Its stones mark a place where people stood between sky and ocean, watching weather and life return. The coast still moves around it, keeping the old boundary between land and distance alive.
