Pricaston Farmstead in Castlemartin, Pembrokeshire, stands as a Post Medieval building, its walls holding the shape of ordinary human life long after the hands that built it have vanished. The national record preserves the site, but preservation does not mean permission, and the farmstead may still keep its distance from strangers. Whatever laughter, hunger or quiet prayer filled those rooms has gone thin as breath on glass, leaving only the structure to repeat what the people forgot.
