What is recorded here

Port Ghille Greamhair is a coastal rock feature composed of Devonian sandstone, formed around 400 million years ago through the deposition and cementation of sediment in ancient river and delta systems. It is notable for its exposure of resistant sedimentary layers that contribute to the rugged topography of the Argyll and Bute coastline.
