What is recorded here
Pointz Castle is a medieval motte recorded in Pembrokeshire, Wales, where a raised earthwork still marks the ground before the farm shop appears. Cows now graze the coastal pastures above that old shape, turning a defensive landmark into a quiet backdrop for gelato and family visits. The castle may have watched the coast for centuries, but it has surrendered its warning role to cream, cake, and children running outside.
The National Monuments Record of Wales records Pointz Castle; Punch Castle as Motte from the Medieval period. The saved point comes from the official national record. Inclusion does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
The historic-place record does not grant public access. Check current conditions and ownership before entering land or a building.
