Why this matters

Pike Lowe is a small hill in the southern Pennines, rising to approximately 300 metres. It is part of the geologically diverse landscape of the region, characterised by Carboniferous limestone and millstone grit. The hill is locally significant as a topographical feature within the Sheffield area.
