Three feet of soil still cover the broken ring, but the visible stone marks a chamber built to exclude rather than invite. The gap in the wall is not a mistake; it is a doorway for the person the builder trusted. Longfield Beg keeps that judgment buried beside the field, waiting for someone strong enough to carry what the chamber refused to hold.
