Pauline McLynn

Pauline McLynn was born in Sligo on 11 July 1962, entering the world in a place where ocean air and ancient light shape every living thing. She grew up with two younger brothers in Galway before studying at Trinity College Dublin, where drama consumed her more than art history. The western coast gave her a voice capable of playing elderly doilies and tragic mothers with equal truth. McLynn carries that Atlantic clarity into every room, transforming ordinary conversation into performance and performance into memory.
