This blue commemorative plaque records: This mast, the last of 1,700 on the Cross City Line electrification project, was planted on Thursday 16th January 1992 by the Earl of Lichfield. Recorded plaque organisation: CENTRO.
Patrick Lichfield, known as the Earl of Lichfield, was a British photographer and aristocrat; he is remembered for his fashion photography work in leading magazines and his family's historical significance in Staffordshire.
