Parker Tower rises fourteen storeys above Camden, wearing a two-storey podium and a public house at its feet like a heavy cloak. The original office shaft is being refit into apartments, with two new floors capped on top and a retail shell carved through the base. Separate town houses and four apartments will sit beside the tower, joined by landscaped ground where people might pause before climbing. The building is large enough to swallow whole neighbourhoods, yet small enough to fit inside one street.
