A named place photographed at this map point in Wiltshire.
Sugar Hill in Wiltshire is a low chalk hill, roughly 170 meters in height, forming part of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Its name may derive from the sweet-fern plants historically found there or from a local sugar mill; the hill is of geological interest as part of the Cretaceous chalk formations characteristic of southern England.
