Old Radnor Castle is a Medieval vicarage and moat beside the 15th-century church of Saint Stephen. Its earthworks still mark the village, although it remains unclear whether they formed a true fortification. The castle name may have grown from the moat, the church or local memory rather than from a grand hall.
