No credible Ogham record exists for that place. The claims may rest on a misread address, an invented file or a rejected memory.

This is the present location of 1 of 6 ogham stones (CO085-067005- with CO085-067003-; CO085-067004-; CO085-067006-; CO085-067007-; CO085-067008-) discovered in 1846 built into Man-made underground passage (CO085-067002-), in the SW quadrant of a ringfort (CO085-067001-), at Ballyhank, Co. Cork. The stone (1.2m; 0.5m x 0.25m) is damaged so that some of the inscription may be lost. What remains was read by Macalister (1945, 96-7, no. 99) as SACATTINI; McManus (1991, 66) had difficulty reading both I's. (Power et al. 1997, no. 7950) This stone has been studied as part of the ‘Ogham in 3D’ project undertaken by the School of Celtic Studies, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies.
