This is the present location of 1 of 3 ogham stones (CO122-049005- with CO122-049003- and CO122-049004-) found in a Man-made underground passage (CO122-049002-) at Ahalisky, Co. Cork. Macalister (1945, 75, no. 71) describes stone measuring 3’2" x 1’ 0" x 0’ 5" and reading COIMAGNI MAQI MOCOI GA.... (see also McManus 1997, 66, 94). (Power et al. 1992, no. 1030) This stone has been studied as part of the ‘Ogham in 3D’ project undertaken by the School of Celtic Studies, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies.
