An ogham stone from Tuckamine, County Carlow, stands in County Dublin. Price drew it in 1938 and read MUCU IBUCT on its rounded surface. Macalister later read MUCOI MUCCI, a clan name rather than a personal one. The stone may have come from Kilmagarvoge burial ground, carrying a dead family’s identity into a new townland where nobody remembers the hands that cut it.

This is the present location of an ogham stone found in Tuckamine, Co. Carlow (CW003-023----). It was described and drawn by Price in 1938 (Notebook 17). The ogham inscription is on a 'rounded surface, not on an angle'. He suggested it read MUCU IBUCT and that it may have come from Kilmagarvoge burial ground (CW008-014----). Macalister read it as follows: MUCOI MUCC[I] (1945, 20, no. 17).
