Ten ogham stones circle the summit of a low hillock between Dingle Harbour and Trabeg, gathered from the forgotten ground around Ballintagart. One boulder still bears the name Doveti, son of Cattini, cutting through the darkness of centuries. The circle stands above an old burial ground, holding ten separate lives in a single breath.
One of ten ogham stones collected from various locations in the vicinity of Ballintagart and now arranged in a circle within the enclosure. Ballintaggart church (KE053-033001-) (site of) and old burial ground (KE053-033002-) /An Cheallúnach or An Lisín: This circular enclosure crowns the summit of a low, but prominent, hillock between Dingle Harbour and Trabeg. The inscription on this boulder (KE053-033007-), 0.98m long, clearly reads: DOVETI MAQQI CATTINI. (Cuppage 1986, no. 820, no. 6)
