The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1km. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Chambered cairn, Neolithic period. It is part of a broader network of megalithic monuments in the Western Isles, reflecting early communal burial and ritual practices in northern Scotland.
