Teampull Orain is a medieval chapel on the island of Oronsay, linked to St Oran, a 6th-century Irish monk and one of the early Columban saints. It is traditionally associated with pilgrimage and holy well practices, with local folklore suggesting the site was a place of prayer and healing.
