Norseman's Bride was a motor fishing vessel lost in 1953 near Fair Isle in the North Sea during the Great Storm of that year, which caused widespread damage and loss of life across the North Sea region. The vessel was among several lost in the storm, which claimed over 500 lives in the UK and the Netherlands, and highlighted the vulnerability of coastal and fishing communities to severe weather.
