Nalder's Court has historical significance as the long-time headquarters of Nalder & Son Solicitors and Notaries Public, a legal firm that operated from the site from 1853 to 1987. The building was restored and redeveloped by Beazer Developments Limited with architecture by Bruges Tozer.
