What is recorded here

Murthly Castle keeps a drinking fountain from the 19th century, a small stone or metal gift hidden beside the grounds. People may have drunk from it after walking, hunting or visiting the castle, their cups clinking while horses stamped nearby. The fountain still marks that moment when human thirst met castle property, even if the main buildings faded or changed hands.
