What is recorded here

Derryloran church and graveyard in County Tyrone has stood through early Christian, medieval and post-medieval centuries, keeping its name in several spellings while holding the dead and the living in one glebe. The stones may have marked a small worship place where people prayed, buried their own and remembered the names of others long after the names changed.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as MULTIPERIOD CHURCH & GRAVEYARD: DERRYLORAN CHURCH, DAIRE-LURAIN, DOIRE-LURAIN, DAIRE-LUBRAIN. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.; POST-MED; MED/L.MED. Recorded protection: State Care. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
